This email is almost identical to the Grey Goose email supposedly sent by Tina Peters

I just got one of thse thank god i looked at this, shits a scam, wat the fuck, and i thought i had a job.
I received this email, supposdely from Jose Cuervo Inc, signed by “Johanna Elliot, Director of Human Resources.”
I figured it was a scam and this post confirmed my suspicion.
Thank you.
Yeah, I got one from Johanna Elliot, too. Great job, fake Cuervo. Great job indeed.
I got one, too. I got suspicious when the email asked for a credit report as it contains many private informations.
I received this same email today from a Madison Parker, Director of HR at Jose Cuervo. It looked way too suspicious. No interview? You’re automatically hired if you just send us your credit report. No way!
When the email said no interview, already hired and asked for credit report I got suspecious. My email said the exact same thing yours said WORD for WORD. Thank You for putting this site up. It really helped me to see that this was a sam, although I would never give my personal info to anyone online.
Just got this bogus email too! Its really sad!
Just got ANOTHER one – this one was the same wording, same link for credit report, but they listed Crown Royal as the company. So far I have gotten this response off Craigslist from Grey Goose, Jose Cuervo & now Crown Royal. They are really working the San Diego area.
Just received a similar offer today from Tyson-Corp with no phone number or way to contact them. Believe they are involved in identity theft and it is scary that less sophisticated people will be duped by such tactics. I work for a company that fights identity theft so I am keenly aware of such things. Here is what I got…What is amusing is that a resume was included in what I sent them and they did not even address the letter to the person whose resume was submitted – just my email address!
Thanks, Wendy! Someone emailed me about this scam a couple days ago and it’s in the drop down menu from the scams page! Check it out for other known scams!
